My journey into health coaching began back in 2009 when I decided to transform my life from being 235 lbs and out of shape to embracing a plant-based lifestyle. This shift not only led me to discover a passion for ultra-endurance sports, but it also ignited a deep desire to help others achieve their health goals. I believe in empowering individuals to improve their overall wellbeing and happiness through mindful eating and lifestyle choices. Let me guide you on your path to a healthier, more vibrant life.
